Retail & Promotional Floor Graphics

Shoppers look down more than they look up. A well-placed floor graphic at the end of an aisle or in front of a display does the job of a shelf talker, but bigger and harder to walk past.

We print floor decals for seasonal campaigns, product launches, in-store offers and event branding, in any shape you like. Circles, footprints, arrows, logos, die-cut to your artwork rather than boxed into a rectangle.

Because they are removable, you can run a three-week promotion and take it up without leaving a mark on the floor.

Wayfinding & Directional Floor Markings

Arrows on the floor beat a directory on the wall. People follow their feet.

We produce directional arrows and route markings, queue and spacing markers, entry and exit paths, zone identification for warehouses and workshops, and lane markings for showrooms and event spaces.

Useful anywhere the layout is not obvious: multi-level retail, hospitals and clinics, schools, distribution centres, trade shows and carparks.

Safety & Compliance Floor Markings

Keep-clear zones, forklift lanes, walkway boundaries, hazard hatching, muster point markings and equipment footprints. Printed floor graphics do the same job as painted lines, go down faster, and come up again when the layout changes.

That last point is the one warehouse managers care about. Repainting a floor means downtime. Lifting a decal and putting a new one down does not.

Indoor, Outdoor & Every Surface In Between

  • Sealed concrete | Indoor and outdoor | Excellent adhesion, the easiest surface to work with
  • Vinyl and lino | Indoor | Excellent, standard retail and office flooring
Tile | Indoor | Good on smooth tile. Textured or heavily grouted tile needs checking first
  • Timber and laminate | Indoor | Good on sealed timber
  • Short-pile commercial carpet | Indoor | Needs a carpet-specific textured film, not standard floor vinyl
  • Footpath and asphalt | Outdoor | Needs an outdoor-rated film. Rough or porous surfaces reduce lifespan
  • Polished or waxed floors | Indoor | Check first. Wax and some polishes prevent proper adhesion

Anti-Slip, Scuff-Proof & Built to Be Walked On

Every floor graphic we produce goes down with a textured anti-slip laminate over the print. That laminate does two things: it stops the graphic becoming a hazard underfoot, and it takes the scuffing so the print underneath does not.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sealed concrete, vinyl, lino, smooth tile and sealed timber all work well. Short-pile commercial carpet needs a carpet-specific textured film rather than standard floor vinyl. Footpaths and asphalt need an outdoor-rated product. The ones to check first are polished or waxed floors, heavily textured tile, and anything with wide or deep grout lines.

It comes down to foot traffic. In normal commercial conditions, indoor graphics last around two month sand outdoor around 4 weeks. A supermarket entrance wears one out far faster than an office corridor. For permanent wayfinding or safety marking we specify a heavier film.

On a sound, sealed surface, no. They lift cleanly and any adhesive residue comes off with a standard floor cleaner. Unsealed concrete and worn vinyl are the two to be cautious with, because the surface itself can lift. If you are unsure, we can supply a small test piece before committing to the full job.

Yes, with the right film. Outdoor floor graphics need a more aggressive adhesive and a tougher laminate to cope with weather, grit and UV. They work well on sealed concrete and smooth asphalt. Rough or porous surfaces are harder and will shorten the lifespan, so tell us what you are sticking to.

Any shape. We die-cut to your artwork, so circles, arrows, footprints, logo outlines and irregular shapes are all standard rather than special requests. Sizes are limited by the width of our media roll rather than by the design, and larger graphics can be produced in panels that butt together cleanly.

Yes, for straightforward shapes on a clean, dry, smooth floor. The whole job is in the prep: get every bit of dust and grease off, dry it properly, then work from the centre out with a squeegee. Large graphics and anything in a high-traffic public space are worth having installed, because a lifted edge in a doorway becomes a trip hazard fast.
